Testimonial: Your class has been like a gift! It helps me hugely both physically and emotionally, and I always feel better afterwards. The studio is wonderful and it feels so good to be part of a group! It has been such a healing experience. After COVID, and the other heavy things going on in our world, it helps me to be centered, and "more aligned in body, mind, and spirit." I am very grateful, Thank you!
